Very efficient collection and delivery service.Was advised that payment would be taken over the phone however it was taken when the car was delivered back so I had to go back inside to get my card - would have preferred to have been advised correctly upfront.

Brett was great. The delays were out of his control. The only thing I'd suggest is that he tries to reign in his optimism a little so that he doesn't risk setting expectations on delivery dates that can't be met. This is only a minor gripe and I understand that it makes sense as a strategy to try to reduce the number of people who pull out of deals due to delay, but for me it meant there were too many small disappointments when the date was pushed back.

I was treated professionally and friendly when checking the car in for service and again when collecting the vehicle upon completion. I was impressed by the whole experience and will certainly recommend to others.

I wasn't offered a service plan, but I may have pre-empted that discussion by asking for one!!
