Was easy to use iam not into much online takes me some time but I managed to do it alright Natalie was very welcoming and was so nice she explained. everything showed us where to wait offered tea and coffe . It took under two hours .had a relaxing wait reading my book

Would've give 5 stars if you coordinated the MOT with the service rather than waiting 7 hours. Booked in car for 8 am for service and MOT, was not available until late afternoon and I had to call. Also when car was ready to pick up it had not been cleaned inside or out as on previous services and as stated.

Could not easily book the car in for service using the online tool, but did check in on line. Easy to book the service, reminders sent prior to the service date and then a phone call the day before. Service reception were prompt at attending to me on arrival and the car was ready 3 hours earlier than expected - a bonus!

On the morning of drop off of my car the staff were truly amazing such a great team working under difficult conditions from a porta cabin, I think management should praise them for working in such difficult circumstances and being an excellent team, it might be helpful if the Service Manager was assisting for an hour first thing in the morning with such a queue of customer's. Thankyou for looking after me and giving me some confidence in my repair.
