My telephone call was answered very quickly and the gentleman I dealt with was very good at explaining the service that car was to have. Sorry I don't remember his name. Although the service department was based in a portacabin the staff were very pleasant and quick to serve. Michelle was competent and pleasant to deal with.

The working conditions for staff at Lookers Chester are far from satisfactory.....up and down stairs holding a computer in heavy rain, having to seek out a private space to talk to a prospective customer, etc, etc .....nearly a year has passed since the 'flood'. It worked. Nearly a year has passed since the 'flood' and the cabins are still there.The working conditions for the staff are difficult.......walking up and down stairs holding a computer,seeking out a private area to discuss a sale with a member of the public ......... Everything went as promised,I was alerted to a dangerous tyre which was duly replaced.Staff were courteous and professional.
