The webpage did not advise that recall appointments cannot be carried out on the weekend. It would be useful if logic was built into the webpage to not show any weekend appointment times for recall appointments. Otherwise, the booking experience was good. Excellent customer service

Sales person Scot Gooseman was excellent in all aspects of completing the sale. He was careful to explain all aspects of various paperwork and description of the car itself. The car was picked up a few days later. He was there to guide us in all aspects of the pick up of the car and could not be bettered in a superb aspect of all requirements to fill our experience. We feel that all sales personnel should behave in such a careful and professional manner. We wish him well and feel he is a realy positive member of the Lookers sale force.
