the staff were helpful and friendly they treated you like you were family, we had a disability car, and they could not do enough to explain things to us and said if we needed any more help to go back to them any time

Went over all paperwork maded sure I was happy with everything Showed and Explained how everything worked in new car fully happy before driving off Donna was very nice and helpful

We are very pleased with the vehicle and most of the service however we were disappointed to pick up a new car to us which we had to get cleaned . We had a 200 mile trip home but, the windows / roof of the car were filthy when we picked it up. It had leaf marks all over the glass roof which, had clearly been sat on it a while . We did expect a clean car when it was handed over .

Around easy and excellent service Communication was excellent, booking in customer service were polite and efficient even at peak times.
