It was very easy to do. When the car was brought back everything was explained to us!! Although nothing showed up on the investigation it does seem to be driving slightly differently, hope it continues that way!! He even explained to us the best way to start off from static!!

Brett Davies was very through with his hand over, his knowledge on the Qashqai E Power is excellent, he made sure we were happy with all the basic controls before we left. He took the time to explain most things too us, he set up our phones and in car displays. Brett also said if you need any more time to go through any of the Tech Items just give him a call to make an appointment.

The sales rep brett Davies was friendly polite professional I went in not knowing what I needed or wanted he couldn't of been more helpful I came home with a car that suits my lifestyle and disability needs .highly recommend anyone going to look for a motability vehicle to go here and ask for brett great employee to have on your team

Service by local staff at Chester was excellent, prompt and helpful. I found the communication regarding the appointment through the booking centre - not in Chester - very poor. There seemed to be a discrepancy with what Chester and the main booking centre had recorded. This was sorted by Chester within their prompt and excellent service.

I think the team have done a good job keeping me informed and the video is a good addition and you were able to my car overnight until I returned the following morning. The only thing I would like improvement if possible is the length of time I have to leave the car there for the service.
