Although I booked in by phone, checking in on line was far easier and much more user friendly. Well done! I’ve always had an excellent experience when taking my car for servicing and MOT. It’s reassuring to know that if there are any problems you will be only a phone call away.

Excellent online booking experience except for trying to book a courtesy car .It wasn't clear on the online booking form wether I had indeed booked one so had to phone up to confirm Simple stress free handover and pick up

I booked an extra piece of work during the online check-in process, but that didn't seem to have made it through to when I arrived for the service. I have previously used the online booking system and both times, the date/time I picked was subsequently told was unavailable and offered different dates/times. I was advised that it was down to the non real time nature of the online booking system, which to me negates the purpose of an online booking tool. Good service, constantly informed, and even when there was a slight issue with the invoice it was resolved quickly.
