I had a re-call appointment but also wanted a diagnostic on the same day. Asked for that by telephone but wasn't sure if it would go to plan on the day. The on-line system detailed both jobs so reassured. Good communication throughout and they were good enough to sort out the problem same day so that I didn't have to book more time off work.

Communication was fantastic all of the way through. Despite missing my original appointment, I was rebooked without delay for the same week and provided with a courtesy car. The service was very quick and everybody was very nice and helpful, they could not be faulted.
