I asked for the details of the service plan that we have and haven’t received this. I have contacted the dealer shop twice and still not received the information. Also we thought the car is normally cleaned and washed with a full service and this didn’t happen.

The dealership staff in Chester are fantastic . Usually deal with Donna but she is on sick leave , who by the way is brilliant , so dealt with Bret who over looked the transaction. Bret also like Donna was excellent in helping me go over everything that needed to go over. Recommend them both Thank you very much guys, as always great job xx
