After spending nearly 30K on a new car I was extremally disappointed to find out something so basic as car mats were an added extra and if I wanted to purchase them it would cost me £80. I think that theses should be included with the car especially with being a valued customer for over 10 years and never having to pay for these before was just slightly disappointed.
