From the moment I arrived I felt welcome. Tracey and Linda have been booking my car in for many years now. When I collected the car it had been vacuumed and the outside cleaned. The tyres had been inflated to the correct pressures, which was noticeable on driving away from the garage.

Everything went really simply and the staff were great but I didn't receive a phone call, which I'm told I should have done, to tell me that due to refurbishment the office had moved so I had to spend some time finding where to go.
