Highly recommendable car dealership

All previous Nissan dealers that I have dealt with all rang me to say that my vehicle was ready for collection. On this occasion this did not happen and I rang at midday to ask if it was ready. I was informed that it was and the gentleman I spoke to informed me that he had only just received the paper work. He also informed me that they closed at 12.30pm. I left immediately but it took me 45mins to get there. He also informed me that he had a taxi booked to take him home which he had to let go but still had to pay. I informed him that I was waiting for a call to say it was ready but he said that he was on his own and had quite a few cars to book out. I will use lookers again but not on a Saturday. The gentleman I dealt with was very polite, courteous and explained everything about my vehicle.

I was surprised to see that there was only one mat as previously on my last Nissan micra there were 4. Also that there was no Car Combi Bag with warning triangle and first aid kit etc. Other than these comments everything else was excellent. Thanks go to Darren.
