I am a full time carer for my Dad, I explained when booking that I couldn't be away all day, and could I book a 'fast track' service? Lookers were very helpful, said they had a route for people in my situation. I can't thank them enough.

I'm missing a badge off one of my wheels which must have happened the day I took the car in. I called to ask if they could have a look and see if it had dropped off while work was being done. The lady I spoke to said she'd check and call back, but I've heard nothing since.
