Everything went smoothly. Laurence sorted things without any hitches and kept me up to speed over any issues and the arrangements in general.However not impressed with guarantee on used vehicle. Advised verbally of 3 month warranty, but no documentation whatsoever to confirm this or give details, conditions etc. Very poor. Would probably therefore not have bought the vehicle if it wasn't for an all in Audi warranty/service package being available.

After initial telephone conversation met Craig at the dealership. He gave me a thorough introduction to the leaf and allowed a test drive home to see if it would fit going up the drive to the garage. On my return he answered any questions I had, but unfortunately when we came to discussing the figures, the Leaf would have cost more than I was willing to commit on a PCP
