Initial enquiry made. Salesman Neil Morris attended to us, made a personalised video, highlighted defects as requested and arranged for them to be rectified which they were. Part exchange agreed virtually so first trip to the dealership was to perform a test drive and inspection. After this the vehicle was available to drive away. Neil was very helpful and this purchase has proven to be very smooth and stress free.
