The Salesman Michael Mason kept me fully informed almost daily when the delivery of the vehicle was delayed by the factory. Could not fault him at all

great service only issue car was in for mot the mobility team fitted a extra wide mirror for better vision they took it of for the mot and didnt fix it back on again and broke the bracket so it cant be fitted back on i live over 70mile round trip from the dealership so cant afford to keep going back it still needs sorting though am due to change vehicles with mobility and this issue will make me look elsewere for my replacement vehicle

Although every aspect of this visit was excellent, I was unhappy at the reason for the visit; to input the code for my radio. It was remiss of Lookers to fail to inform me of the code when I bought the car. Had it been included in the paperwork, I would not have had to make the appointment and pay the £45 fee.
