I was very well looked after by Dan , who ensured that I knew exactly what was going to be done with the car and allocated me a great curtesy car. On collection I had a pleasant surprise to find my car had been cleaned inside and out and I was also given full details of what had been done on my full service. Thank you for the excellent customer service, I will be back.

If the customer is changing from an ice powered vehicle to an electric vehicle ensure they fully understand the charging systems.
