I walked into Lookers to find a part for my Qashqai and came home with another car. Matthew is a great sales person.

Without Neil Morris, I wouldn't have stayed and went through with getting a car with Lookers. Spoke to two other salesmen in Lookers Kia and was told to go home and "look online". Spoke the same words to Neil as I did to Kia guys and he sat me down and went through all my details and sourced several cars that met by criteria. Amazing really. In total, I spoke to 6 salesmen! Six! And only Neil was capable and professional. Top man.
