I had to make a booking for a part to be replaced. I was given a number and code, but the process was inefficient, long winded and laborious and the man I was dealing with didn’t seem to know what he was doing.

My car wasn’t cleaned after my service and my courtesy car was dirty too. I also had to come back after having 4 new tyres fitted as the balancing was done incorrectly. This was a real inconvenience.

I would just like to say how brilliant Carys Williams was from start to finish, she answered all questions, she was literally on the other end of the phone if we needed her and even after the sale has been there when needed. She couldnt have done anymore to help us
