The whole process was made so easy by Lookers staff member, Brett. When we first spoke to him we had three cars in mind and he ran through the main features and benefits of the models that we selected. We had a couple of test drives and selected the X trail. Everything was so quick and stress free.

After initial telephone conversation with Craig went to see the car and get a test drive. Craig was knowledgeable and allowed me to drive the Leaf home to make sure it would fit in the drive. Went over the figures with Craig but in the end I didn’t go through with the purchase. After my experience I would certainly consider going back to Chester Nissan again as there was no pressure and I would be happy to go purchase a car from Craig.
