Would have been nice for the car to have been available when I turned up for my BOOKED test drive. The valeting of the car was poor and the tire inflation kit holder was missing which I had to go back to have it replaced. I also have to say that a man called Lucian gave EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE to me and my wife.

The service team was very welcoming, professional, and efficient. I dealt with Tracy Davies, who was excellent. I was able to book my car in quickly, with a courtesy car waiting ready for me.
