I'm very unwell just now but Chloe, my sales executive, was extremely patient and understanding. Seeing how much I was struggling she applied no pressure whatsoever. She went the extra marathon by delivering my new car and taking away the trade in out of hours. I can think of no way her service could be improved upon. Excellent!
