Have bought at least four Nissan's from this branch and after some hagaling got the deal I was satisfied with. Will be back again in July to price a new juke hybrid tekna plus.

For the first time I was looking for a car through the mobility car scheme on behalf of my wife. I was introduced to David Tait who was very helpful and told me everything I needed to know and answered any questions I had. Davud (and the lady who first welcomed me - sorry I can't remember her name) made me feel welcome and the whole process from the being welcomed in by a Lookers employee (with a cup of coffee!) to leaving a few days later with a car was simple and stress free. I had looked at other dealerships/cars but the customer service from the staff did help make a difference in choosing my car. We have had our car for nearly a week now and are thoroughly enjoying it.

Chloe was very thorough explaining all the options available and took her time, we didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. However sadly on this occasion we could source the car with yourselves due to the overall cost that couldn't be matched. But thanks Chloe and team. Cheers

Good support from Abi, we posed a difficult scenario hoping to exchange our Juke for a used X Trail and acquire a new Juke in exchange for our Qashqai. Abi worked hard to make this possible, we ended up with the X Trial but could not complete the 2nd change as Nissan finance would not support this despite us having both our then current vehicles under Nissan finance. Perhaps because change of my job status from fully employed to consultancy role prevented a simple response. Retained the Qashqai which is fine for me its a great vehicle so lets see hat the year ahead brings now I have entered the 4th finance year for this vehicle.
