A quick response was received but then 24 hours u got another email asking the same question. I’d been busy and hadn’t been able to reply. When I said I would be in touch as soon as I knew what was happening I was told that the enquiry would be closed down rather than contacting me daily. I think contacting daily is a tad over the top

Everything from start to finish was greatly handled by Abigail questions sorted quickly.

We were given assistance very quickly. Chloe was lovely and very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the cars. The dealership was very clean and well presented. Very excited to pick up my car later this year.

Only didn’t give 5 stars as we asked for a valuation on our vehicle when we booked the appointment and again when we dropped it off , the vehicle was in for 2 days but when we collected it the valuation had not been done .

Lookers were able to squeeze an appointment to service and carry out MOT on my car. The car was collected on time in the morning by a friendly driver and Amy Armitage handled the servicing and repairs on the vehicle, keeping me updated on issues arising. The car was serviced, repaired and MOT by the following day (due to parts & repairs) and returned to my address by the same friendly driver (in pouring rain!)
