Great service, but manuals missing from the car and had come back in a few days later to collect.

You did what you said you would do

Telling me the car has been delivered when I delivered it myself is a bit pointless. And sending me a video which I would have to listen too, with loads of background noise so it’s not actually audible, is rather pointless too. And if another customer plays their video while you’re waiting it can be very distracting. You collect demographics but only age and not gender or ethnicity??? It would have been better to take it to my local branch in Heaton do I could have walked home and saved hanging around in Gateshead for 3 hours.

Didn’t see the advantage of online check in as still had to drop key off and pickup courtesy car key. Didn’t get emails throughout service although could check on line what was happening to the car although this was wrong as it said “car being cleaned” and it certainly had not been cleaned inside or out. Staff were very friendly and pleasant.

I was able to check in on time. Could not do this online as signing unavailable on my laptop.Maybe the presumption that everyone has a smart phone is far too optimistic? Been coming for 11 years now and am always satisfied. Had been prepared to have rear tyres replaced , but was assured they were still OK and to to save my money for now!

The customer service delivery from Chloe was outstanding and the handover process for my part exchange couldn't have been any smoother either. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
