Just minor points really. I found it difficult to hear the mechanic talking on the video due to background noise. Also on collecting car there was a lot of white substance all over the alloys and tyres from the new tyres. Not cleaned up very well

My only disappointment was my car wasn't washed, I previously brought my car bk for a repair, no fault of myself, manufacturers fault, promised a clean, didn't happen, then on my service report stated clean, I don't class hoovering the foot well a clean. It's a small ask, when paying for a service. Thank you.

Abigail looked after me from start to finish , from sitting in the car to taking it on a test drive and giving me as much information as possible to help me . She was at hand to answer any questions I had and was with me until I was happy and confident to drive away.
