When we first went to Lookers we weren’t sure what type of car we were looking for,then we meet Angela the motability specialist. Angela took us through our options. We were kept updated as to he delivery of our car. The day of collecting of the new car Angela made us feel at home and comfortable with our handover. Angela explained everything about our car showing me about the cars settings eg indicators , wipers, etc. My wife and I felt that Angela had made us feel welcome that we had made the right choice in the hybrid vehicle we had chosen.
