Abbey at the garage was amazing guiding us through the many documents to buy the car etc she couldn’t of been more helpful it’s our 2nd Nissan we have bought from Nissan at Gateshead so we are more than satisfied definitely recommend the garage and personnel

Straightforward and easy to use. Although, I don’t like the consenting to pay for all work beforehand - additional costs should be discussed once health check etc has been carried out and then agreed. Staff at the branch were very polite and friendly. Amy was very courteous, professional and efficient.
