Process for booking was clear and quick as was the online booking in. Very smooth process. Arrangements for and progress during the visit were clearly communicated and all staff were courteous and friendly. If I have a criticism it is that the number if reminders about the forthcoming visit was excessive.

Purchase went well, delivery was a bit of a faff. Car is handling well so far, so I am pleased. I did not require an explanation of the controls but could not bypass the option without a star. I will use the local Lookers for any repairs as it's a bit of a trek to Gateshead from Liverpool!
