My vehicle was in excellent condition and the handover was exactly on time as promised. The Sales Staff went took me through all the documentation and explained everything very clearly to ensure i was happy and understood the handover process. Very happy with the handover.

The keyfob programming was carried out faster than I expected on a day where there were no waiting appointments available. I appreciate the effort to finish before lunchtime on the day. My only grumble is that the price for programming the replace fob is now £80 which the previous time was £60

My experience at lookers Gateshead was exceptional everyone was very friendly and I received excellent customer care from Lucy who looked after me. I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile as soon as I entered the dealership
