I was kept upto date from ordering the vehicle. I was called when the vehicle arrive and sent all relevant documents the same day. I was also called to arrange handover at a convenient time for me. The day of handover the information provided regarding the car was great I was also advised of the apps to provide me further information. All staff at Gateshead were polite and helpful would 100% recommend buying a car from lookers Gateshead.
