Both people who I dealt with were lovely

checking in on line is quick and easy I pre booked my minor service and Mot by telephone and agreed the work and time as I needed a waiting appointment. I received the job sheet by email and signed this electronically to make the process more seamless .I received a courtesy reminder call the day before to confirm that I was still able to keep the appointment. Arrived about 10 minutes before time seen by Sharon at reception who then passed me on to Rebecca . The service and Mot and 2 additional items that I agreed beforehand were completed as soon as possible. The only other thing to mention is that I found out after driving away that the setting for automatic hold on my car had been changed probably for MOT, and not reset I found out on an incline !
