Excellent communications,met by Sharon and introduced to Graeme the Sales Executive who went through all paperwork and explanation of vehicle,did everything on line for deregister of our vehicle we were handing in.Took all worries off our shoulders...very polite and helpful.

All great with Lookers handover but a small delay with finance company which was avoidable
