Could not fault the experience. Recall due to software update on cruise control. Just bought the car a couple of months ago from another garage so a clean bill of health from the free health check was much appreciated.Very efficient and friendly. Sorted out my recall and did a free health check.

I am already a Lookers customer having had two previous Nissans (Juke & Qashqai ) from the company. Following retirement I decided to buy a secondhand Nissan X-Trail which would suit my needs. I attended Lookers Gateshead and had a great service from sales staff David Tait and Chloe who assisted me through the whole process
