I find this Dealership helpful, friendly and efficient. The service is excellent from booking, receiving and returning my vehicle after any work or service that has been carried out and they keep me informed on anything I need to know about my vehicle during work being done.

Booking experience was poor. Vehicle in limp mode and 2 week wait for warranty repair.Once at the dealers the service was brilliant. Service manager was very helpful and everyone very welcoming and friendly.Would recommend Lookers Gateshead but call centre is very poor.

I was given a card with Lorraine’s details on by a friends and I have to say she was very helpful from start to finish making my experience with Nissan very goodI had visited other dealerships nearer my home but was not given the same level of customer service that she offered
