I find this Dealership helpful, friendly and efficient. The service is excellent from booking, receiving and returning my vehicle after any work or service that has been carried out and they keep me informed on anything I need to know about my vehicle during work being done.

Booking experience was poor. Vehicle in limp mode and 2 week wait for warranty repair.Once at the dealers the service was brilliant. Service manager was very helpful and everyone very welcoming and friendly.Would recommend Lookers Gateshead but call centre is very poor.
