The staff dont put eney pressure on you byeing a new car they let you know whats are good deals the only thing and this is from a person that has had 14 cars intotal from your Gateshead branch you dont get eney free gifts doesn't have to be a lot of money just to let the person know that nissan thaks you for byeing a car

It was easy to navigate in order to book in online..no issues here.On arrival I was greeted by a lovely Lady. I was early so was given a coffee. Rebecca was really polite and explained everything. My interaction later by telephone and in person was fantastic, she is a very professional Lady.Very impressed.

Both people who I dealt with were lovely

checking in on line is quick and easyI pre booked my minor service and Mot by telephone and agreed the work and time as I needed a waiting appointment. I received the job sheet by email and signed this electronically to make the process more seamless .I received a courtesy reminder call the day before to confirm that I was still able to keep the appointment. Arrived about 10 minutes before time seen by Sharon at reception who then passed me on to Rebecca . The service and Mot and 2 additional items that I agreed beforehand were completed as soon as possible. The only other thing to mention is that I found out after driving away that the setting for automatic hold on my car had been changed probably for MOT, and not reset I found out on an incline !
