All the staff I met were very customer focused, attentive, friendly and professional as is normally case at this dealership.I was able to share a brief test ride before work commenced with the technician working on our vehicle, to describe and try and identify a possible mechanical issue with him, which was appreciated by me.The vehicle was returned at the agreed time with the work completed and the vehicle had been valeted too.Good work Lookers Nissan Gateshead.
