Excellent service

The service was excellent. I collected my new car 9 days after initial visit and at least 5 of those days were my fault. Could have all been done in a week. I couldn’t be happier.

We visited two other Nissan dealerships prior to Stoneygate road Gateshead, actually closer to home but were left sadly underwhelmed and left in both cases. It was very gratifying to meet and deal with Angela who should be commended, we believe she is an ideal ambassador of your brand - we feel that`s something very much needed when customers are making the leap from petrol and diesel to electric. What a fabulous lady. Love the car it`s everything we expected and more.
