John was fantastic. It’s a shame we couldn’t come to some kind of agreement but it was too much. It wasn’t the lack of trying from John. He really went above and beyond but the car I’m purchasing was able to offer discounts which John sadly couldn’t match.

Staff and diagnosis was fast and efficient and I believe the fault with my handbrake is now fixed. Diagnosis of the fault was quick (cost of £70) and no parts were required only a strip and clean of the brake shoes. Labour costs however are in my opinion far to high considering that I have a service plan with yourselves as well as a Warranty under your 'Good to Go' plan. The total cost of diagnosing the fault and fixing it was £156. This was in my opinion far too high and there is very little incentive for me to renew the Service plan next year as, should the car develop a simple fault again, diagnosis again will be very expensive. I do value the service you offer but in todays current economic climate you are pricing me out of your market.
