Very friendly i will be back for my next nissan

When health check was done they found that canister (spare)was expired,date 13/11/2019..I purchased the car from your dealer 27/03/22,so you must have sold me car with expired canister..Also ,when I brought car in for service and mot it had metal dust caps on ,but after collection it's got plastic ones on .It would be nice to receive explanation ..Rest of service was excellent 👌

Adrian and John made the whole process very easy for me. They sorted out the finance, the trade in of my car and all relevant paperwork was sent via email which saved me so much time. The figures and finance were explained very clearly to me and everything was transparent. I was treated like a valued customer and will definitely be returning in the future. I would highly recommend.

The customer service at the dealership is second to none, members of staff would constantly ask if you required tea or coffee if your cup was empty whilst my contact was busy dealing with documentation etc.Lauren Walton sales manager introduced herself and spent some time chatting ensuring I had received good customer service, she left her card and told me to call her anytime I had any issues with my new vehicle.Angela Ede Motability specialist is outstanding at her job keeping me fully up to speed and assured me that my vehicle would be worth the wait due to the current delays due to micro chips across all vehicle manufacturers, and she was right I love the new car and fully appreciate the help she gave me to ensure I got what I wanted plus more.
