Sales person John Bendelow was excellent, produced clear easy to follow finance quotations, explained everything very well, I felt confident in my choice through feedback. John secured a car with a provisional date for delivery. Initially I didn't intend to trade my old car in to yourselves but John arranged a valuation which was very competitive and I decided to accept. All other aspects were well explained and the whole experience was straight forward. I even got the car a few days early! Thank you very much!

When I booked I needed some work done which needed discussion and this was done patiently and correctly, the cost was also supplied which was helpful. On arrival at the dealership the young lady went through and explained the work to be done and confirmed the cost in a friendly and helpful manner. I received a video from the technician which explained the condition of the necessary parts. I also received a telephone call about a minor matter. When the work was done I received a telephone call to collect it. On arrival all the work was explained again and the costing. Everything was efficently done and very thorough. When I left the car it was a mess and I intended giving it a good clean when I got it back. I didn't realise that the wash and vac had been reinstated after covid and it was a lovely surprise to find it immaculate as it would have taken some time to get it clean. A special mention to him/her.
