Great customer service just waiting for software updat to become available then rebook in.

I bought this car online and from a distance which was a little worrying. However the sales person Dan Laidler was excellent- friendly, and professional . He helped me every step of the way, answered all my questions and made the whole experience far less worrying. The car is exactly as described, I am very pleased with the price for both the purchase and part exchange, even the 250 mile delivery went without hitch. I spoke with Olly from your Gateshead site who organised a test drive of a Nissan Juke for me. He was so helpful and gave me lots of useful info on finance options then followed up with a phone call.
