I had some charging issues with my Leaf. I was advised that the cost of replacement of the “PDU”was more than £5k, which was a shock. It would have been helpful to have a written quote and to have discussed it with the engineer.

Overall a good experience.I am surprised that your sales team did not enquire about current/future plans to change vehicles or take the opportunity to show off new models as I was waiting for my car to be serviced.
