The sales executive, John Bendelow, dealt with the entire process in a very professional manner, from our first visit to inspect the car, to collection; also, he was happy to collect me from Gateshead Interchange and take me to the dealership to collect the car.

I had to phone the dealers 3hrs after it was put in to see what time to pick it up, was told it would be ready to collect at 1pm, had to wait until 1 30pm and when the car was brought to the front of the dealers it hadn't even had a wash, all a bit off putting for an almost £300 service if I'm honest, been coming here since 2015 aswell
