Was a bit disappointed with some of this experience. £700+ for service and timing belt change, but no replacement of missing/degraded fixings (undertray and brake disc) as highlighted in the health check video

John was fantastic with us, from responding to my first enquiry which I cancelled and the re-submitted. He knew exactly who I was and what I needed, was very clear with all the offers, processes and options and provided us with exactly what we needed/wanted in the friendliest and most professional way. The Lookers Nissan (Gateshead) team are truly excellent. They are friendly, listening and responsive to our requests. I am not a difficult customer, because I’ve worked in retail I always show respect, however with so many options available to us including ways to finance the new car, ways to part exchange the old car, and to decide upon optional extras I did ask for a number of alternatives during the purchasing period. The handover of the new car was smooth and trouble free. I’d especially like to praise Abby and Marty and one other member of staff(not sure whether it is Dave or Dean) for their support and patience throughout the whole process. Thank you.

So originally my first mobility car was a peugeot ev 2008 i looked at nissan but the leaf wasn't my sort of car but angela was lovely then i had expected as a dealership. The peugeot were okay but after i got the car at December there was allot of problems with the car they showed me a gt premium model that was discontinued and i had spent months looking into the car it just said gt so after i got the dealership i had spoke what happned and it turned out they lied and made a sale it really hurt me the way they did this knowing it was discontinued but showing me how good it is, the motability team are truly amazing to help and they fixed it to get a new lease. I had a look and seen the x trail was now on motability so went to see angela again because she was so nice and caring we spent a while going over what happened and she was surprised we looked at the xtrail and spec showed me the car and i went home to think about it researched it and fell in love with the xtrail the next day i went up and ordered the car again she is a really lovely person and gives me hugs every time i dont think many dealerships would do that but she really went above all. The car was made very fast just over a month and i picked it up the peugeit took 5 months so i was astonished how good nissan is when i picked up the car yesteday she was lovely again indidnt notice the model doesnt come with mats and the manager and angela got matts for it it is truely a good company and the car is amazing it really does make me happy 😊
