Excellent communication from start to finish. Customer Service team professional, courteous and provide a personalised service. Overall, a convenient customer service experience, which is rarely seen in todays ‘profits over customer service’ culture. I would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends and work colleagues.

Unfortunately one bad thing I have signed all form but am still getting emails to sign forms and to send back I informed Nissan at gateshead about it but I was told yes you have signed all forms but am still getting the forms and one bad thing about the car is the seals inside of the doors were you put items in are small it could be longer and that on all inside doors in the car and the boot under the boards if I wanted to put items under I carnt which I have to leave some of my gear at home apart from that the car is lovely
