Initial telephone enquiry about available vehicles very good and informative. All details about cars were taken and an appointment booked with the sales room. However, on arrival, all details about cars had to be repeated and despite emphasising that we a had a one-hour time limit due to childcare, the sales process was extremely slow with our salesperson frequently disappearing for long periods. It took us an hour just to achieve a test drive on the vehicle we had initially enquired about by telephone and we almost departed the sales room to go elsewhere. Sales process was thorough and professional but took too long.

I was disappointed that the car was not valeted upon return. I thought this would be standard and included within the service price.

All went well and problem diagnosed and fixed for us.

I love my car! I did wait a long time for it from order to delivery but that was due to world events and covid. The branch and particularly Lorraine Swan were going touch thought out to answer any queries I had

Loraine was amazing! She was very knowledgable and helped me choose the right vehicle to suit my disabilities…I was very impressed by her caring kind personality. Even though I had a long wait for my car due to the pandemic backlog she kept me updated and in the loop throughout. I also met Adrian Lees on my pick up visit and found him to be really lovely and professional.
