I was very happy with the sales advisor Chloe, there was no hard sell at any point and she was kind and courteous throughout. All the plans that were offered we did not need so never took up any options. One thing I did notice on my bill was a £25 charge for fuel? The car came on the red which I wasn't too happy about as it was a third full on the 5 mile test drive that I did. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would be happy to purchase again from Lookers, just next time, put some fuel in the car.
