I had a puncture on the way home from the garage. Amy the who was my service advisor along with the service manager and a technician went over and beyond. They arranged for the technician to come out to assist me, recovered my vehicle found the issue even staying late to ensure I got home safely. Fantastic service from a great team. Just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Dan (Laidler), who supported me throughout the process of purchasing my new vehicle. Dan kept me updated as we had agreed, even an update of, there is no update, was much appreciated. On the day of collecting the vehicle Dan made sure the 'revealing' was enjoyable too, even through the dealership is currently going through a refurbishment.
