I am very happy with everything. Car nice and clean on the outside when I picked it up. Front interior had been valeted - thank you. Don't think the back passenger area had been though - which would have been nice to complete the job.

While I did receive a Service Plan it was because I asked for one to be included in the price. I may have pre-empted the discussion due to my previous experience with the dealership so not sure how valid my 'no' answer is to question 5.
